The labyrinth control valve is a fluid pressure balanced sleeve valve. The labyrinth control valve supplied by our company is suitable for the control of high pressure differential fluids. It is designed according to the different requirements of users and eliminates cavitation, noise, corrosion and vibration problems by controlling the flow rate of the medium. Product Range: ●Type: Angle type, straight-through ●Nominal diameter: 2”, 3”, 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” ● Nominal pressure: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500 Features: ● Actuators: pneumatic, hydraulic, electric and manual actuators, with various choices to meet user needs; ● Bonnet seal: Fully covered O-ring, metal O-ring, pressurized self-sealing and other sealing types, easy to install and maintain; ● Valve seat seal: metal cone hard seal, pressurized seal, soft seal valve seat, sealing can reach level V (soft sealing can reach level VI); ● Valve stem seal: composite PTFE, flexible graphite packing to ensure no leakage ●Multi-stage decompression internals: There are up to 60 decompression stages, and the pressure difference can reach 38MPa. The decompression simultaneously limits the fluid flow rate, eliminates erosion, cavitation, and cavitation, and reduces vibration and noise. Extend the service life of the valve and reduce valve repair and maintenance costs. ● Easy to maintain: top-entry design, automatic centering, snap-in connection, easy to disassemble and repair.
