The MAMX Series IIB+H2 Explosion-Proof Terminal Boxes are built to provide secure and reliable electrical connections in explosive environments. Certified for hazardous areas, they are suitable for industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining, where safety is paramount.
Constructed from durable aluminium alloy ZL102, these terminal boxes offer excellent protection against environmental hazards and ensure safe operation in explosive atmospheres. The MAMX-02 and MAMX-03 models are certified with explosion-proof ratings such as Ex db IIB+H2 T6...T4 Gb and Ex db IIC T6...T4 Gb, respectively, ensuring compliance with international safety standards, including ATEX, IECEx, and TR CU.
These terminal boxes are rated for IP66 ingress protection, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations in harsh conditions. The units also feature a maximum current of 1500A and a maximum power consumption of 800W.
