Bently Nevada 3300 XL Vibration & Displacement Monitoring Module

The Bently Nevada 3300 XL Vibration & Displacement Monitoring Module is a high-reliability signal conditioning device designed to monitor shaft vibration and radial displacement in critical rotating equipment. Operating on the principle of eddy current proximity sensing, this module outputs a voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the rotating shaft surface.

Providing a precise output signal of 7.87 V/mm (equivalent to 200 mV/mil), the unit is engineered for use with 5 mm and 8 mm 3300 XL probes, as well as compatible legacy 3300 series probes. It features high input impedance to ensure signal integrity from the sensor side, and low output impedance for accurate transmission to monitoring systems such as the Bently Nevada 3500 Series.

The module accepts a -24 VDC nominal power supply and operates in negative polarity mode. Housed in a rugged, corrosion-resistant enclosure suitable for DIN rail or panel mounting, it is specifically built for harsh, high-vibration industrial environments, including steam turbines, compressors, and other turbomachinery.

Integrated signal conditioning eliminates the need for external calibration, streamlining setup and maintenance. Standard BNC or system-specific connectors allow seamless integration into new or existing condition monitoring systems.
