BSM N-Series AC Brushless Servo Motor – Low Inertia, High Torque

The BSM N-Series AC Brushless Servo Motor is designed for high-performance applications requiring fast acceleration, precise control, and long-lasting durability. Featuring a low-inertia permanent magnet rotor, the motor delivers rapid response and efficient dynamic motion, making it ideal for automation, robotics, and high-speed industrial machinery.

This series is available in five standard frame sizes and delivers a wide torque range—from acceleration torque of 16 lb/in (1.8 Nm) up to 1,400 lb/in (160 Nm), and sustained torque at low speeds ranging from 4 lb/in (0.4 Nm) to 354 lb/in (40 Nm). It supports standard bus voltages of 160V, 300V, and 650V, with additional custom winding options available.

Built to last, the BSM N-Series features a 155°C high-temperature design and utilizes 200°C-rated moisture-resistant multi-coated wire. The stator incorporates extra-high insulation for superior resistance to voltage spikes. Bearings are lubricated with Mobil Polyrex™ EM grease, extending service life significantly. The robust industrial housing ensures reliable operation in demanding environments, while full compliance with IEC/NEMA standards ensures installation versatility.
