The NSW Basket Strainer is a heavy-duty filtration device designed to remove solid particles from fluid streams in high-pressure pipeline systems. Manufactured to ASME B16.34 and API 6D dimensional standards, it offers robust construction and extended service life in applications ranging from oil & gas and chemical processing to power generation and water treatment.

This strainer features a large basket-type screen element designed for high debris-holding capacity and easy maintenance. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials including stainless steel, duplex stainless, Monel, and Hastelloy, the internal screen ensures reliable operation across a broad range of service fluids.

With pressure ratings from Class 150 to 2500 and end connections including RF/FF/RTJ flanges, socket weld (SW), butt weld (BW), or NPT threaded, the NSW basket strainer supports flexible installation in a variety of critical applications. Optional fire-safe construction, NACE compliance, and advanced non-destructive testing make it suitable for aggressive or hazardous service.
