Available for sale is a 6-inch Class 1500 Weld Neck Flange, precision-engineered for extremely high-pressure applications and fully compliant with ASME B16.5 standards. These flanges are designed for critical piping systems in industries such as oil & gas, refineries, chemical plants, and power generation.

Manufactured using high-performance materials such as carbon steel (ASTM A105 / A350 LF2), stainless steel (A182 F304 / F316 / F321), and alloy or high-strength steels (A182 F11 / F22 / A707), this flange is offered with Raised Face (RF) or Ring-Type Joint (RTJ) sealing surfaces.

With a flange thickness of approximately 70 mm, this unit ensures enhanced structural integrity under high-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions. Surface protection such as anti-rust oil, epoxy coating, or galvanization is available upon request.
