Long neck flanges are engineered to provide superior reinforcement and alignment in high-pressure and high-temperature piping systems. These flanges feature an extended hub that gradually transitions into the pipe wall, reducing stress concentration and ensuring smooth flow transition. Manufactured from high-grade carbon steel (A105, C21, C22.8, EN 10222-2) and stainless steel (A182 F304/F316 and variants with UNS and WSt. numbers conforming to EN 10222-5), these flanges comply with international quality and dimensional standards. They are ideally suited for demanding applications across petrochemical, power generation, refinery, and process industries. Designed for butt-weld connections, these flanges provide excellent structural integrity, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with ANSI and DIN-based piping systems.
