Product Description
The LSZ Series Double-Rotator Flowmeter is a positive displacement flowmeter designed with a dual-rotor measuring chamber. The unit utilizes specially designed spiral gear rotators to ensure smooth fluid movement and eliminate pulsation within the flow stream, resulting in stable and accurate measurement performance.
The flowmeter is engineered to handle fluids with varying viscosity, including those containing sand or high water content. The internal design incorporates self-lubrication features and sand-resistant construction, enabling reliable operation in demanding conditions.
The unit provides high measurement accuracy with consistent repeatability and is designed for long service life with minimal maintenance requirements. Its mechanical configuration ensures low noise, low vibration, and reduced pressure loss during operation.
Multiple configuration options are available including different pressure ratings, temperature ranges, and counter/output systems. Explosion-proof configurations are also available for hazardous environments.
