The LZYN Series Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is designed based on the Coriolis force principle to provide direct and accurate measurement of mass flow rate. The system operates using vibrating measuring tubes where phase shift caused by fluid flow is used to calculate mass flow, while frequency variation enables density measurement and integrated sensing provides temperature data.
The unit supports measurement of mass, volume, density, and temperature within a single system. It is configured with a digital transmitter utilizing DSP technology to enhance signal processing, improve accuracy, and ensure stable performance under varying operating conditions. The design enables reliable measurement without dependency on fluid properties such as pressure or viscosity.
The flowmeter is suitable for a wide range of fluids including standard liquids, high-viscosity fluids, non-Newtonian fluids, slurries, and fluids containing trace gas. Multiple structural configurations are available including integrated and remote transmitter designs, as well as high and low temperature variants.
The unit is supplied with flexible connection options and supports multiple communication outputs including RS485 and HART. Explosion-proof configurations and certified compliance are included as specified.
