The Wall Mounted Doppler Ultrasonic Flowmeter DF6100-EC is designed for measuring the flow of liquids that contain suspended particles or gas bubbles using Doppler ultrasonic technology. The system works by transmitting ultrasonic signals into the flowing liquid and analyzing the frequency shift of signals reflected by suspended solids or bubbles to determine flow velocity.
The clamp-on sensor configuration allows the sensors to be installed externally on the pipe without cutting the pipeline or interrupting operations. This non-intrusive installation method simplifies deployment and maintenance while maintaining the integrity of the pipeline system.
The wall mounted configuration provides a permanent installation suitable for continuous monitoring in industrial environments.
