The Insertion Transit-Time Ultrasonic Flowmeter TF1100-EI is designed for reliable measurement of liquid flow in closed pipeline systems using transit-time ultrasonic technology. The system determines flow velocity by transmitting ultrasonic signals between insertion sensors installed through the pipe wall and calculating the transit-time difference between upstream and downstream signals.
The insertion sensor configuration allows the flowmeter to be installed on medium to large diameter pipelines where clamp-on sensors may not provide optimal signal strength. The sensors are mounted directly through the pipe wall, enabling stable signal transmission and consistent measurement performance.
This flowmeter is suitable for continuous flow monitoring in industrial pipeline systems and is designed to measure clean liquids across a wide range of pipe materials and sizes. The instrument can be integrated into monitoring and control systems through standard output and communication interfaces.
