The Mitsubishi S12R-PTA is a robust, high-performance industrial diesel engine designed for constant-speed applications in power generation and heavy-duty operations. With its 12-cylinder, 60° V-type configuration, this 49.03-liter engine combines turbocharging and a water-cooled design for sustained, efficient operation under full load conditions.

Engineered for durability and low operating costs, it features direct fuel injection via a twin in-line pump (pump-line-nozzle system), ensuring accurate and consistent fuel delivery. The separate jacket-water and charge-air cooling circuits further improve thermal performance and engine longevity. Designed with a SAE 21” flywheel and SAE #00 housing, this engine is ideal for industrial integration.
