This electric winch assembly combines a powerful three-phase asynchronous crane motor, a high-ratio gear reducer, and a mechanical drum assembly for controlled lifting operations. The motor delivers dual-speed operation at 8.5 kW and 3.5 kW for adaptable hoisting needs. Designed for reliable marine use, the unit includes IP56 protection, Class F insulation, and ambient temperature tolerance from -25°C to +45°C. Integrated DC braking system ensures secure load holding, supported by a 160 Nm braking torque. The reducer is manufactured by Jiangsu Yining Gearbox with a specified output of 22 rpm and rated torque. An AC 220V anti-condensation heater is installed to prevent moisture accumulation.
