This vertical-type NEN shell-and-tube heat exchanger, manufactured in 2019, is designed for efficient thermal performance and safe operation under vacuum and pressure conditions. It features a 20-inch (508 mm) shell diameter and a total heat transfer surface area of 57.6 m² (620 ft²), making it suitable for vapor condensation and heat recovery applications.

The unit is constructed entirely from 304L stainless steel, including the shell, tubes, and all wetted components. The tubes have an outer diameter of 0.75 inches (19.05 mm) with a wall thickness of 0.049 inches (1.24 mm), ensuring corrosion resistance and structural strength in high-temperature and chemical environments.

Designed in accordance with TEMA C standards and certified under the ASME Code, this exchanger includes an ASME Stamp for regulatory compliance. It is also CRN registered, confirming its adherence to Canadian pressure equipment standards.

Engineered for reliable performance in demanding industrial processes, this exchanger can handle full vacuum conditions and pressure up to 1 bar G on the shell side and 6 bar G on the tube side, both rated for 150°C (302°F).
