This vertical-type NEN heat exchanger, manufactured in 2019, is engineered for reliable and efficient heat transfer performance in demanding industrial environments. Designed with vapor entering the shell side and featuring a total heat transfer surface area of 122.1 m² (1,314 ft²), the unit is well-suited for condensation and thermal exchange under vacuum or pressure conditions.
The entire construction—including shell, tubes, and internals—is fabricated from corrosion-resistant 304L stainless steel, ensuring long service life even in aggressive chemical or thermal conditions. The exchanger includes 0.75-inch diameter tubes with a wall thickness of 0.049 in (1.24 mm), optimized for durability and thermal conductivity.
Built to TEMA C standards, the exchanger conforms to the ASME Code and comes with an ASME Stamp, validating its performance and safety under international engineering guidelines. It is also CRN registered, making it suitable for pressure service in Canada.
This unit is ideal for applications requiring heat recovery, vapor condensation, or controlled thermal exchange across varied process conditions—including full vacuum on both shell and tube sides with working pressures up to 6 bar G (87 psig) and operating temperatures of up to 150°C (302°F).
