The 20" 133# NT95-DE BIG OMEGA Seamless Conductor is a robust and corrosion-resistant conductor casing engineered for extreme well conditions, including HPHT and sour environments. Constructed from NT95-DE grade alloy steel, which provides enhanced strength, toughness, and sour service capability, this casing is ideal for structural and initial pressure control functions in oil and gas wells.
Equipped with the BIG OMEGA premium threaded connection, it features a metal-to-metal gas-tight seal, optimized thread geometry, and superior torque capacity, making it suitable for conductor casing operations where high axial and bending loads are expected. The connection's seal integrity and mechanical strength make it a preferred choice for offshore conductor strings or deep onshore wells with complex surface loads.
This casing is manufactured as seamless pipe, ensuring consistent mechanical properties throughout its length, and is supplied in R3 range (~40.0–42.0 ft), reducing the number of joints and improving rig-time efficiency.
