3-1/2" 12.7# L80 TSH BLUE Tubing – R2 Range, API 5CT

The 3-1/2" 12.7# L80 TSH BLUE Tubing is a high-performance seamless tubing product used in oil and gas production operations where enhanced strength, gas-tight sealing, and sour service resistance are critical. Manufactured to API 5CT standards, this tubing is made from L80-grade quenched and tempered steel, providing excellent yield strength and moderate hardness for use in corrosive downhole environments.

Fitted with the TSH BLUE premium connection developed by Tenaris, the tubing features a metal-to-metal gas-tight seal, optimized thread profile, and superior structural integrity. TSH BLUE connections offer excellent compression, tension, and bending resistance, with minimal risk of galling or thread failure during makeup. It is widely used in HPHT, CO₂, and H₂S wells where gas seal reliability and tubing integrity are paramount.

Supplied in R2 range (approx. 28–32 ft), this tubing size is ideal for deviated wells, artificial lift completions, and critical production strings in both onshore and offshore applications.
