The 4-1/2" 12.6# L80 JFE BEAR Seamless Casing (Range 3) is a high-performance tubular product designed for reliable service in sour gas and high-pressure well conditions. Manufactured from API 5CT L80 grade steel, this casing provides exceptional mechanical strength, resistance to collapse, and suitability for environments with moderate levels of H₂S and CO₂.
The JFE BEAR premium connection offers a metal-to-metal seal for gas-tight integrity, ensuring secure performance in HPHT wells, deviated bores, and tight formations. Its enhanced thread form minimizes galling and supports higher torque during make-up.
With a weight of 12.6 lb/ft and a Range 3 (R3) length (approx. 40–42 ft), this casing reduces connection frequency, increasing operational efficiency in long-string designs.
Ideal for production casing or liner strings in complex onshore and offshore drilling operations, this casing comes with full mill and thread inspection certifications upon request.
