The 9-5/8" 47# L80 JFE BEAR Seamless Casing is engineered for demanding oil and gas well operations requiring high mechanical strength and gas-tight sealing. Manufactured from L80 grade steel in accordance with API 5CT, this casing is suitable for environments with moderate H₂S or CO₂ content, making it ideal for sour service wells.
Equipped with the JFE BEAR premium connection, this casing provides a metal-to-metal seal, high torque capacity, and excellent resistance to gas leakage under extreme downhole conditions. It is widely used in HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) wells, shale plays, and extended-reach drilling.
The seamless construction enhances integrity and collapse resistance, while the 47 lb/ft weight offers optimal balance between strength and handling efficiency. This casing is typically supplied in Range 2 or Range 3 lengths and comes with full mill and thread certification upon request.
