The 9-5/8" 47# L80 JFE BEAR Seamless Casing (R3) is a high-strength casing pipe engineered for critical wellbore integrity in deep and high-pressure drilling environments. Made from L80 steel, a quenched and tempered API 5CT material, this casing provides enhanced tensile strength and resistance to sulfide stress cracking (SSC), making it suitable for sour gas and high-pressure/high-temperature (HPHT) service.

The casing is equipped with JFE BEAR premium connections, known for their metal-to-metal gas-tight seal, excellent compression and bending resistance, and superior fatigue performance—ideal for deviated or horizontal wells.

The Range 3 (R3) pipe length (approximately 40–42 feet) allows for fewer connections in long string designs, improving operational efficiency and minimizing potential leak paths in the casing string.
