Handa API Tubing – 2 3/8" to 4 1/2", API 5CT Standard, ERW/Seamless

The Handa API Tubing is engineered to API 5CT specifications for use in oil and gas well production, efficiently transporting hydrocarbons from the wellbore to the surface. Available in both Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) and Seamless constructions, this tubing is manufactured with strict dimensional accuracy and high mechanical strength to ensure safe operation in harsh subsurface environments.

The tubing is offered in a range of outer diameters from 2 3/8" to 4 1/2", and wall thicknesses between 0.205" to 0.635". Tubing lengths are available in R1 (4.88m – 7.62m), R2 (7.62m – 10.36m), and R3 (10.36m and above). Threaded coupling options include LTC (Long Thread Coupling), STC (Short Thread Coupling), BTC (Buttress Thread Coupling), and premium thread types such as VAM.

The tubing undergoes normalizing or quenching and tempering heat treatment for enhanced durability. Steel grades include a wide range from H-40 to Q-125, making it suitable for varying pressure and corrosive conditions. Each piece is coated with corrosion-resistant water-based paint, with beveled or square-cut ends and pipe protection caps to prevent mechanical damage.
