Description
310 / 310S Stainless Steel Pipe – High Temperature & Corrosion Resistant | KCM
The 310 / 310S Stainless Steel Pipe from KCM is engineered for durability and peak performance in extreme temperature and highly corrosive environments. Composed of high-chromium and nickel content, 310/310S offers superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and scaling up to 1100°C (2012°F) in continuous service and intermittent exposure up to 1040°C (1904°F).
Grade 310S, a low carbon variant, provides improved weldability and minimizes carbide precipitation during high-temperature welding operations. Both grades maintain structural stability under thermal cycling, making them an ideal solution for furnace tubes, heat exchangers, kiln parts, and petrochemical reactors.
KCM’s stainless steel pipes are manufactured with precision, meeting stringent ASTM A312 / A213 specifications, and are available in seamless and welded forms. These pipes are widely used in chemical plants, power generation, thermal processing, and oil & gas industries where temperature and corrosion resistance are critical.
