The Bola-Tek FLANGES product line offers a broad selection of high-quality pipe flanges engineered for dependable performance in industrial piping systems. Designed to accommodate a wide range of pipe diameters—from 1/2" to 24"—these flanges are available in both forged and cast constructions to meet demanding mechanical and environmental conditions.
Bola-Tek flanges are compliant with major international standards including ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS, and UNI, ensuring seamless integration with global pipeline systems. They are offered in pressure classes 150 and 300L as well as PN16 and PN40, making them suitable for a wide variety of flow and pressure conditions.
Flange types include Welding Neck (ideal for high-pressure systems), Slip-On (for ease of installation), Threaded (for no-weld systems), Lap Joint (for systems requiring frequent disassembly), Blind (for line terminations), and Socket Weld (for high-integrity small diameter piping). OEM customization is also available based on client-provided specifications and drawings.
Material options include corrosion-resistant stainless steels (AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L), carbon steel grades such as WCB and A105, ensuring media compatibility across diverse applications including water, oil, gas, and chemicals.
