This PERKINS 403A-11G1 diesel generator set is a reliable, compact power solution engineered for continuous and standby power in light industrial, commercial, or residential applications. With a prime power rating of 10 kVA and a standby rating of 12.4 kVA, it delivers consistent three-phase output at 400V, 50 Hz with a power factor of 0.8. The unit operates at 1500 RPM with a voltage regulation of ±1%, maintaining total harmonic distortion under 3.5% and a telephone influence factor (TIF) of less than 50.

At its core is the trusted PERKINS 403A-11G1 engine — a 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated, 4-stroke diesel engine with a 1.131-liter displacement and mechanical governing in accordance with ISO 8528-1 class G2. The engine features direct fuel injection, water cooling, and a 12V electric start. Fuel consumption is approximately 2.5 liters/hour at 75% load and 3.4 liters/hour at full load.

The generator includes either a Leroy Somer TAL-040-C or Stamford PI044E brushless alternator, featuring self-excitation with AVR (R120) and IP23 protection. The alternator is a 4-pole, single-bearing type with insulation class H, designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and altitudes up to 1000 meters without derating.

The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty steel base with anti-vibration supports. It includes an industrial silencer and offers optional soundproof or weatherproof canopy enclosures.
