Denyo DCA-125SPK3 Diesel Generator with Brushless Alternator (100–125 kVA)

The Denyo DCA-125SPK3 is a high-performance, engine-driven AC generator built for industrial and commercial power supply applications. Designed with a soundproof enclosure and mounted on a skid base, this unit operates at 1500 RPM and delivers a prime power output of 100 kVA (80 kW) and a standby capacity of 110 kVA (88 kW). Power is generated at 400/230V, 50 Hz, three-phase with a power factor of 0.8 lagging.

It is powered by a Komatsu SAA4D95LE-5-A or Isuzu BB-6BG1TRP engine—both turbocharged, aftercooled 4-stroke diesels. These engines offer 4 or 6-cylinder inline configurations, electric starting at 24V, and water-cooling for thermal stability. Fuel consumption is approximately 14–16 L/h at 75% load, with a 200–250 liter integrated fuel tank.

The alternator is a brushless, self-excited unit directly coupled to the engine flywheel. It features 4-pole configuration, Class H insulation, IP23 protection, and digital AVR support ensuring ±1% voltage regulation with <3% THD on linear loads. The alternator uses vacuum-impregnated windings and sealed ball bearings for long-life, maintenance-free operation.

A digital control panel with auto/manual/stop modes and a multifunction LCD allows for easy monitoring and diagnostics. Optional AMF or remote start capabilities can be integrated. The canopy is made from powder-coated steel and includes side/top maintenance access, forklift pockets, and lifting eyes. Noise emissions are limited to ~60–63 dB(A) at 7 meters.
