Denyo DCA-125SPK3 Diesel Generator – 100 kVA Prime, Soundproof

The Denyo DCA-125SPK3 is a high-performance diesel generator engineered for reliable power delivery in industrial, commercial, and backup applications. Featuring a rugged skid-mounted base and a fully integrated soundproof canopy, this generator provides both low-noise operation and environmental protection. It delivers a prime power output of 100 kVA (80 kW) and standby output of 110 kVA (88 kW) at 0.8 power factor.

Powered by either the Komatsu SAA4D95LE-5-A or Isuzu BB-6BG1TRP engine—depending on production batch—the generator utilizes turbocharged, aftercooled, 4-stroke direct-injection engines with 4 or 6 cylinders. These engines are water-cooled and electrically started at 24V DC. The fuel consumption at 75% load is approximately 14–16 L/h, with a fuel tank capacity between 200–250 liters for extended runtime.

The brushless alternator with self-excitation features insulation Class H and ±1.0% voltage regulation via an AVR, offering high stability and a THD of less than 3% on linear loads. The digital control panel includes auto/manual/stop modes, LCD readouts, engine and alternator monitoring, and emergency shutdown. Optional AMF and remote-start functionality can be integrated for greater flexibility.

Built with a heavy-duty steel acoustic canopy, the generator delivers noise levels of approximately 60–63 dB(A) at 7 meters, ideal for urban or noise-sensitive installations. Maintenance access is provided via side and top hatches, and the base includes forklift pockets and lifting eyes for easy transportation.
