The SGT5-400DLE Gas Turbine, developed by Siemens in 2013, delivers reliable, high-capacity power generation with advanced emissions control, wide fuel compatibility, and rapid start-up capabilities. Designed for both simple and combined-cycle applications, it features a two-shaft design with a 15-stage axial compressor and an approximate compression ratio of 20:1.

The turbine offers simple-cycle efficiency up to 39% and combined-cycle efficiency up to 61%, helping power producers meet stringent emissions and efficiency requirements. Its flexible operating range (30% to 100% load) and fast 10–15 minute start-up time make it well-suited for both base-load and grid-following roles.
