The Siemens SGT5-600DLE Gas Turbine, launched in 2011, is built for large-scale industrial power generation with exceptional thermal efficiency, high fuel flexibility, and low emissions. Suitable for both combined-cycle and simple-cycle operations, this turbine offers up to 600 MW output in combined-cycle configuration and is engineered with advanced cooling and high-strength materials for extended operational life under demanding conditions.

Its two-shaft design integrates a 16-stage axial-flow compressor and a 4-stage turbine section, ensuring high pressure ratios (~22:1) and efficient energy conversion. The Dry Low Emission (DLE) combustion system meets stringent environmental standards without requiring water injection, offering cost-effective and environmentally friendly operation.
