Description
SOLAR T130 Gas Turbine – 13 MW, Dual Fuel Capability, DLE Technology - 2012
The SOLAR T130 Gas Turbine, manufactured in 2012, is a robust and versatile industrial gas turbine built for high-performance power generation, mechanical drive, and cogeneration (CHP) applications. This single-shaft, axial-flow gas turbine is engineered with a Dry Low Emissions (DLE) combustion system for compliance with global environmental standards, achieving low NOx and CO emissions while maintaining high efficiency.
Designed for primary use with natural gas, the T130 can also operate on liquid fuels such as diesel, offering exceptional fuel flexibility. The turbine delivers a nominal output of approximately 13 MW under ISO conditions and operates at 3,000 rpm (for 50 Hz grids) or 3,600 rpm (for 60 Hz). Its multi-stage axial compressor, high-temperature alloys, and fast start-up capability (within 10–15 minutes) make it ideal for both base-load and peak-load applications.
With an advanced digital control system, this turbine supports remote monitoring, operational diagnostics, and comprehensive protection features, including under/over-speed, temperature, and pressure limits. It is compatible with synchronous and asynchronous generators, delivering output voltage ranges between 400V and 13.8 kV, and maintaining a typical power factor of 0.8–0.85.
