ReflowX offers a low-hour, pre-owned Solar Turbines Centaur 40 gas turbine generator set, complete on its skid with gearbox, generator, controls and auxiliaries. The unit was manufactured in 2008 and commissioned in 2011 on landfill gas. It has accumulated only 24,548 running hours and has been maintained by the OEM, Solar Turbines, throughout its life, with no major problems or significant operational issues reported.

The package suits landfill gas-to-energy projects, biogas and low-BTU fuel applications, industrial captive power, and distributed generation at 60 Hz.

Additional equipment available (separate sale)

A fully functional LFG compression skid with critical spares is available separately. It was used with this turbine to boost landfill gas from 10 psi to 200 psi, so a buyer can take a matched fuel gas compression system with the unit.

Maintenance and condition

The unit has run on low-BTU landfill gas since commissioning in 2011 and has been serviced by Solar Turbines throughout. No major problems or significant operational issues have been reported. Inspection can be arranged for qualified buyers.
