The Solar Titan 130 KG16N53 is a high-performance industrial gas turbine engineered by Solar Turbines (a Caterpillar subsidiary) for continuous-duty power generation across industrial and utility-scale applications. Manufactured in 2016 and with a service history of 48,916 hours, this unit delivers a rated electrical output of 15 MW (15,000 kWe) at 11 kV. It operates at 1500 RPM for 50 Hz grids and can be converted to 1800 RPM for 60 Hz use through gearbox and alternator adjustment.
