Low Voltage Iron-Core and Air-Core Reactor – 1.5 kW to 630 kW

These low voltage reactors are designed for use in industrial and commercial electrical systems to provide motor protection, power quality enhancement, and harmonic filtering. With a motor power handling range from 1.5 kW to 630 kW and reactive power rating from 1.25 KVAR to 100 KVAR, they are built to meet the demands of a wide variety of load conditions and applications.

The inductance range spans from 73 mH to 0.026 mH, factory-calibrated to deliver precise harmonic mitigation with detuning factors of 7%, 14%, or custom settings. Suitable for operation on single-phase or three-phase systems at 220V, 380V, 400V, or 415V, these reactors are ideal for use with VFDs, soft starters, and capacitor banks.

Constructed with high-grade copper or aluminum windings, low-loss laminated steel cores, and vacuum varnish impregnation, the design ensures low noise, enhanced insulation, and long operational life. Both dry-type iron-core and air-core versions are available depending on the harmonic filtering or motor protection application.

Cooling is achieved via natural air convection, and models can be panel-mounted or floor-standing. Additional options include over-temperature protection for enhanced safety.
