This is a high-quality 1-inch Ring Type Joint (RTJ) gasket designed for use in demanding industrial applications. Manufactured from Alloy 825, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, making it ideal for environments where standard materials would fail. The gasket is designed and manufactured according to ASME B16.20 standards and conforms to NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for sour service environments.
This gasket is also known as a Octagonal Ring Joint (RTJ) due to its cross-sectional shape, that is optimized to create a pressure-tight seal when compressed between two flanges.
