This is a high-performance 1-inch spiral wound gasket engineered for demanding industrial applications. It is manufactured according to ASME B16.20 standards and designed for use with 150# raised face (RF) flanges. The gasket's robust construction ensures reliable sealing in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
The gasket features Inconel 625 windings, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and high temperatures. The flexible graphite filler ensures a tight seal, even under fluctuating pressures and temperatures. The Inconel 625 outer ring offers additional support and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in NACE MR0175/ISO15156 compliant systems.
