This premium 12-inch, 45-degree long radius (LR) elbow is engineered for high-performance piping systems requiring superior corrosion resistance. Manufactured to ASME B16.9 standards, this elbow ensures dimensional accuracy and structural integrity. The base material is ASTM A860 Grade WPHY60 carbon steel, providing excellent strength and weldability. The critical wetted surface is protected by a 3mm thick Alloy 625 internal cladding, offering exceptional resistance to aggressive environments.
This elbow is designed for butt-welding (BW) into your piping system, creating a strong and reliable connection. It meets the stringent requirements of NACE MR0175/ISO 15156, making it suitable for sour service applications.
