This concentric reducer is engineered for high-performance piping systems requiring robust construction and corrosion resistance. Manufactured in accordance with MSS SP-75 standards, it provides a reliable transition between 16-inch and 14-inch pipe sizes. The reducer is constructed from ASTM A860 Grade WPHY60 steel, ensuring high strength and durability in demanding environments. The FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) lining provides superior corrosion protection, extending the lifespan of the reducer and the overall piping system.
This reducer also complies with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and HIC (Hydrogen Induced Cracking) resistance requirements for use in sour service environments. A negative tolerance of no more than 0.060 inches is applied to the nominal wall thickness to ensure structural integrity.
