This is a high-quality 16" x 14" Eccentric Reducer, designed and manufactured to meet stringent industry standards. Constructed from robust ASTM A860 Grade WPHY60 carbon steel, this reducer provides reliable performance in demanding applications. The reducer features a butt-weld (BW) connection type, ensuring a strong and leak-proof joint. Furthermore, it is internally FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) lined for enhanced corrosion resistance and complies with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 requirements for sour service. This reducer also undergoes HIC (Hydrogen-Induced Cracking) testing.
The negative tolerance on nominal wall thickness is limited to 0.060 inches, ensuring structural integrity and consistent performance.
