This 20" Schedule 80 long radius elbow is engineered for demanding pipeline applications. Manufactured from high-strength ASTM A860 Grade WPHY60 steel and welded to MSS SP-75 standards, it ensures structural integrity and longevity. The internal FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) lining provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments.
Compliance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and HIC (Hydrogen-Induced Cracking) testing further enhances its suitability for sour service applications. This elbow is designed with a buttweld connection for a strong and reliable joint.
