This 24-inch long radius (LR) elbow is designed for demanding pipeline applications. Manufactured to ASME B16.9 standards with butt-weld (BW) ends, this 90-degree elbow provides a smooth directional change in piping systems. The A420 Grade WPL6-W material ensures robust performance, especially in low-temperature environments.
This fitting is also compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 standards for sour service, and has undergone Hydrogen-Induced Cracking (HIC) testing, making it ideal for applications involving corrosive materials. A negative tolerance of no more than 0.01 inches on the nominal wall thickness guarantees a strong and robust product.
