This 3-inch flange is designed for high-pressure and corrosive environments. Manufactured to ASME B16.5 standards with a Class 1500 rating, it utilizes a Ring Type Joint (RTJ) connection. The flange is made from ASTM A707 L3 CL3 steel for enhanced strength and durability.
The internal FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) lining provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the flange face and groove are overlaid with Inconel 625 to further enhance its resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperatures. Compliance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 ensures suitability for sour service applications.
