This is a 30" x 2" Weldolet designed for creating reinforced branch connections on piping systems. Manufactured according to MSS SP-97 standards, this fitting ensures a robust and reliable connection. The Weldolet is constructed from ASTM A350 LF2 CL1, a low-temperature carbon steel, making it suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures. Furthermore, it is compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156, indicating its suitability for use in sour service environments where sulfide stress cracking is a concern.
The Weldolet has a S-10 x S-80 schedule combination. The buttweld (BW) connection ensures a strong, leak-proof joint when properly welded to the header pipe.
