This 36" x 32" eccentric reducer is engineered for demanding pipeline applications. Manufactured from high-yield ASTM A860 Grade WPHY60 carbon steel, it provides exceptional strength and durability. The reducer is butt-welded (BW) according to MSS SP-75 standards and features an internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) lining for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Designed for use in sour service environments, this reducer meets the stringent requirements of NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and provides resistance to Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC). The maximum negative tolerance on dimensions is tightly controlled at 0.036".
