This 42" diameter steel pipe is manufactured to meet ASME B36.10M and API 5L Grade X60 PSL 2 specifications. It's designed for high-pressure applications and is suitable for use in challenging environments. The pipe features a bevel end (BE) connection for easy welding and is 100% radiographically inspected to ensure quality.
The internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) lining provides excellent corrosion protection, extending the lifespan of the pipe. It also complies with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 standards and has been HIC (Hydrogen-Induced Cracking) tested, making it suitable for sour service applications. The pipe is also impact tested @ 0?C.
