Jet-Lube NCS-30® Thread Compound (NSF H2) – 44 Lbs (Nonconductive)

NCS-30® is a premium quality, non-metallic thread compound designed to deliver superior performance under demanding downhole conditions. Made from carbon-based fibers, extreme pressure, and anti-wear additives blended into a high-temperature calcium complex grease, NCS-30® adheres well to wet surfaces and resists water wash-off. It is non-conductive and suitable for use in high-pH drilling muds, high-chrome/nickel alloy connections, and tools where electrical insulation is essential.

Engineered to prevent excessive circumferential makeup by increasing the coefficient of friction under compressive forces, NCS-30® ensures full hydraulic joint efficiency. It is ideal for tool joints, drill collars, wedge thread, and double-shouldered connections requiring torque compensation. Certified to NSF H2 and API RP 5A3 standards, it offers long-term reliability, even in corrosive or electrically sensitive environments.
