Jet-Lube SEAL-GUARD™ is a next-generation, premium-grade, metal-free thread compound engineered for high-performance threaded connections, including super-chrome, high-alloy steels, and proprietary mechanical seal designs. Utilizing Jet-Lube’s CZ-EX PLUS base grease and additive technology, SEAL-GUARD™ delivers superior load-bearing capacity, consistent frictional performance, and excellent galling resistance—even under extreme operating pressures.

The compound features tightly controlled submicron particle distribution, enabling a high affinity to metal surfaces and optimized make-up torque characteristics. SEAL-GUARD™ is environmentally safe, H₂S inhibited, and fully metal-free. It conforms to API RP5A3 / ISO 13678 standards and is ideal for premium 8-round seals, flow lines, mechanical joints, nuts, bolts, and jacking systems.
