Jet-Lube EZY-OPEN™ Valve Penetrant Gel – 10 lb Pail

Jet-Lube EZY-OPEN™ is a specialized valve penetrant gel formulated to dissolve corrosion, scale, rust, gum, and hardened lubricants that cause valves to seize. This nonflammable, nontoxic, and biodegradable gel penetrates deeply into valve assemblies, softening and breaking down accumulated debris that hinders operation. It incorporates PTFE to reduce torque and metal wetting agents to aid in effective application. Designed for industrial valve maintenance, EZY-OPEN™ is ideal for preparing valves before injecting long-term lubricants like Jet-Lube EZY-TURN®. It is especially effective in disassembling stuck or disabled valves in oilfield, marine, plant, and pipeline environments.
