Description:

Jet-Lube EZY-TURN® #12 is a high-performance valve sealant engineered for a wide range of oilfield and industrial applications where resistance to hydrocarbons, corrosion, and moisture is critical. Developed from a proprietary blend of synthetic oils, this sealant is enhanced with hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) inhibitors and corrosion preventatives, offering long-term sealing and lubrication without the use of solid fillers.

Its superior injectability and NLGI grade 3 consistency make it highly effective in plug, gate, and ball valves exposed to crude oil, salt water, gas, dilute acids, and other aggressive service media. EZY-TURN® #12 remains stable under high-pressure conditions and is pumpable down to –20°F (–29°C), making it well-suited for use in both surface and subsurface valves. The formulation is non-toxic, biodegradable, water-resistant, and delivers excellent performance across a broad operating temperature range.

The 23 kg (approximately 50.7 lb) pail size provides a practical quantity for maintenance programs in demanding field service environments.
