Description:

Jet-Lube EZY-TURN® #8 is a chemically stable, general-purpose valve sealant formulated for oilfield and industrial use where hydrocarbon resistance and environmental stability are critical. This high-viscosity, gold-to-amber colored paste is designed from synthetic oils combined with hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and corrosion inhibitors to provide a reliable barrier against leakage, scoring, galling, and corrosion in gate and plug valves. EZY-TURN® #2 contains no solid fillers, making it suitable for high-pressure lubricant injection systems. It is particularly effective in harsh environments where water, hydrocarbons, crude, saltwater, gas, or dilute acids are present. The sealant is pumpable, non-toxic, biodegradable, and offers excellent lubrication and sealing performance over a wide temperature range from –20°F to 450°F (–29°C to 232°C).

This product is ideal for sealing and protecting precision valve mechanisms and is recommended for use in applications requiring long-term chemical and water resistance, including in upstream production services.
