Jet-Lube EZY-TURN® POLAR™ Gate Valve Sealant – Arctic Service 

EZY-TURN® POLAR is a premium gate valve sealant formulated for oilfield use in arctic environments. It contains 100% synthetic base oils blended with graphite and other non-metallic lubricants to offer maximum resistance to water wash-off, corrosion, and acid conditions. With a service rating down to -75°F (-59°C), this compound remains pumpable and functional at extremely low temperatures, making it ideal for use in sour gas, carbon dioxide, and other cold, aggressive environments. The graphite enhances lubricity while the additive package reduces galling and torque requirements during valve operation. EZY-TURN® POLAR ensures reliable sealing even in non-shouldered threads and does not absorb or mix with water.
