Triple Offset Butterfly Valve – 16", Class 900, Forged A105

This lot includes high-performance 16-inch triple offset butterfly valves rated for ASME Class 900 service, designed for high-pressure, high-temperature applications. The valves feature a double flange connection, A105 forged carbon steel body, and a CF8M stainless steel disc, offering exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion.

Each valve is equipped with a SUS 630 (17-4 PH stainless steel) stem for superior strength and corrosion resistance. Actuation is provided by Limitorque LPS-35C-735B-FC2 2-2 double-acting pneumatic actuators, rated for 99 bar maximum pressure and operating on 60 PSIG air supply. The actuator system includes a fail-in-place safety design and is optionally upgradeable with a positioner control system.

All valves comply with API 609 and ASME B16.34 design standards and have passed API 598 pressure testing. They provide zero leakage shutoff and are rated for continuous operation in demanding conditions, typically ranging from -29°C to +425°C.
